RECAIP Outputs
Clear outputs for decision-makers.
RECAIP outputs are designed for decision-facing use.
They are not delivery plans, optimisation reports, or technical redesign documents.
Their purpose is to make governance exposure visible before decision-makers become locked into consequences they cannot easily control.
Decision Assurance Pack
A structured pack summarising the decision context, governability observations, exposure narrative, conditions, warnings, and decision-facing conclusions.
Governance Exposure Narrative
A clear explanation of where authority, accountability, information, escalation, or intervention
capability may weaken after commitment.
Executive Decision Summary
A concise summary for senior decision-makers, boards, steering groups, programme executives,
or governance committees.
Exposure Classification
A controlled classification of the governability exposure identified during assessment. This is designed to support understanding, not to replace decision authority.
Conditions and Warnings
Where relevant, outputs identify conditions that may affect the validity of the
assurance position and warnings where decision confidence appears to exceed future control capability.
What Outputs Do Not Include
- No approval or rejection recommendation
- No delivery optimisation
- No substitute business case
- No design solution
- No transfer of accountability
- No false certainty where uncertainty remains material
