RECAIP engagements are accepted only where the decision boundary can be defined, the approving authority is identifiable, and independence can be preserved.

Response Position

Initial discussion is used to determine whether RECAIP is suitable.

If the matter is primarily delivery management, planning support, design

optimisation, or contractor performance review, a RECAIP engagement may not be appropriate.
